PVDF is used as piping, sheet, and internal coatings in high-temperature, hot acid, radiation environment applications due to PVDF’s resistance characteristics and upper temperature thresholds. As piping, PVDF is rated up to 248 °F (120 °C). Size ranges from 20mm(1/2″) to 24″(630mm).

Corrosion resistant injection molded CPVC pipe, pipe sizes 1/2’” through 20” produced to Schedule 80 dimensions, for use at temperatures up to and including 200°F. Pressure rating varies with pipe size and temperature. Generally resistant to most acids, bases, salts, aliphatic solutions, oxidants and halogens.

Sch. 80 pipe is manufactured to comply with NSF Standard 61, CSA B 137.3 and ASTM D1785, consistently meeting the Quality Assurance test requirements of the standard with regards to burst pressure, flattening and extrusion quality. Sch.80 pipe is resistant to most acids, alkalies, salts, fats, oxidants and halogens.

PP-R is a high-temperature plastic pressure piping system first used for plumbing and hydronic heating in the 1980’s in Europe and introduced to North America in the 2000’s.
